@Paganknight Do you know how much effort it is to write one chapter well? I appreciated your being keen on reading more at the weekend, which is why I spent like a day writing another chapter. It seems that when you give people what they want, all they want is more. I'm not paid anything to write here so I give no guarantees about when anything will be up.
