Paige Holliman

 A US Army Intelligence Veteran, I live in a quiet country village in the rural Southern end of Alamance County, North Carolina.  My neighbors are an equal mix of liberal and conservative voters, with one thing in common, independence.  All of us wish to live without the interference, the noise and light pollution, the hustle and bustle of urban life.  We tend organic gardens, and keep chickens, goats, horses, and cows.  We share a love of impromptu bluegrass jam sessions and backyard bonfires.  Funny, when I try to describe it, it sounds a lot like Hee Haw, but it isn't really.  To me, it's Utopia.  And in this peaceful place, in my own space, my imagination is free to travel.  I hope you enjoy the places I go, in my mind... peace
