 In the house of Hades. (Page 257 to top of 258) bob/ Iapetus says to tell the stars he says hello. Since Zoë was turned into stars in the third book and Atlas was her father. Atlas was the son of Iapetus. So that makes Iapetus Zoë's grandfather. So that shows that Iapetus/ Bob really does care about his family.
