Tbhk theory I came up with:
So Tsukasa has the Red House entity in him when he was alive right? But now he’s Hanako’s Yorishiro and Hanako’s rumor is that he can grant wishes for a price, just like the Red House, so what if the Red House entity is in Hanako?! So Hanako did used to be evil because of the Red House entity and its conditions for granting a wish. Which is why Kou’s grandmother sealed Hanako’s power away, but she really just sealed away the Red House’s power from being used by Hanako. And the reason Tsukasa is more powerful than Hanako is because he still has some the Red House’s power in him; that would also be why they both need payment for a wish. (Maybe, I’m not sure. What do you think?)
