So how come when someone else is upset and leave a DM chat that I trust I'll spam them with love messages and ask them to come back yet when I leave because I'm hurt 2 people message me then go offline? Is it the way I'm always trying to help them that makes them not care because my anxiety just went  and I'm starting to not be able to breathe that well...

Have you heard of the blue whale challenge? It's really freaking me and my friend out!! Because of all of this my other friend made a pink whale challenge that is basically to spread positivity it's really good!! If you ever get really freaked out just ask :)  this is random ik but I'll put the things she said on just incase anyone needs it we're trying to spread it x 
          
          Anyone wanna play the Pink whale challenge? This challenge is to spread positivity
          
          If you do I'll type the requirements:
          Here's your schedule~
          Day 1- write "I am beautiful" On your hand
          Day 2- think about yourself your friends and family
          Day 3- listen to some relaxing music & go to bed early
          Day 4- take a bubble & bath play with the bubbles
          Day 5- draw a heart on your hand if you think your life is worth it if not, punish yourself by going to bed early
          Day 6- watch satisfying/relaxing videos
          Day 7- do something that makes you happy
          Day 8- eat a dessert after the main meal
          Day 9- spend an hour outside watching the clouds
          Day 10- Write "I'm worth it" on a piece of paper until you believe it
          Day 11- stay up late doing whatever you want
          Day 12- smile at yourself and do some silly faces in front of a mirror 
          Day 13- give somebody a good long hug
          Day 14- go to a mall or online shop you don't need to buy anything
          Day 15- wake up early to watch the sun rise
          Day 16- do your best on everything you do
          Day 17- tell your family members you love them and give them a hug
          Day 18- doodle hearts on your hand or on paper
          Day 19- spend time with some friends or family and take some time to meditate
          Day 20(last day) - repeat the previous days and be kind to yourself and others
