Hi to everyone who read my Kataang fanfic!! I know it's been quite a few years since I've updated, so I'd like to explain. I'm embarrassed of the smut I used. I was young at the time and was just starting to discover explicit content in media and pushed it as much as I could, which I now regret. My thinking at the time was that the era Avatar took place paralleled "the olden days" in my mind, like Mayan/Aztec empires. In those times, life expectancy was MUCH shorter. Therefore I played off the idea that historically, people married young. I can see where it can be quite subjective however, as we all perceive the fictional world a bit differently. Anyway, I was wondering if y'all thought it would be a better idea for me to edit the current story but cut out the smut, or start a new story all together? Thanks for reading!
