As I am not black, nor have Tourette's, I won't be talking about the situation fully. Enough white people have said enough, go listen to the black disabled community.
I just want to say, the ableism jumped out *so fast.* Like lightning speed. It's not shocking. Considering back in 2020, people were saying that Tourette's wasn't real and anyone who was saying they have Tourette's, were looking for attention.
But saying that someone with Tourette's should stay home, cut out their tongue (yes, that is real, somebody said that on TikTok), sew their mouths shut, or wear a muzzle... oh, you are ableist as fuck. Those things are not okay to say in any situation. And stop making fun of the Tourette's community. That is doing so much more harm.
