I think he just wanted to move on with his life and the fic is just something that everyone made a abused reader x rwby fic and made it for fun. The book might not be picked up again but it was fun making theories how the story would've played out.
Please continue to write legacy of fox it is one of the best fanfictions i ever read.

@Pardonmyskillz while I saw no glaring issues with the first version of Legacy of FOX i'm looking forward to seeing the rewritten version hold up if not surpass the original, and while I concede that the content/complexity inherent in such works i'm frankly shocked there's not more followers in regards to your acc and stories, that said keep up the quality content and keep safe out there.

Just saw Ip Man 4 the finale. Amazing fights and touching ending.Might as well incooperate the fight choreography into Legacy of Fox.
