Hey…so, is it normal to feel anxious/nervous(/slightly terrified) when your parent asks you to do normal things, like shower and brush teeth?
          Alright, I’ll explain.
          Every time, my dad asks me to shower/brush teeth. Every time, I panic, feel anxious, and occasionally cry. The shower-thing is solved by my sibling, who understands why it’s hard for me to shower (it’s hard for me to shower because I absolutely despise my body, since I’m trans, female to non-binary), but the brushing teeth thing, I get anxious/panicky about that because I feel like I’m gonna throw up every time I put my toothbrush into my mouth.
          Is this normal? This’s normal for me, but I’m not sorry about anyone else.
