A 10k+ wc chapter is coming soon… haha… even after I said I wasn't going to write another 10k+ chapter, sometimes shit happens and I need everything to be in one chapter. So… gulp. Expect it soon rather than later because I've been locked in a lot recently. (I'm also trying not to post once a month, but considering that I write massive chapters, it's likely to take me some time to get something out.) And I don't necessarily want to post short chapters—especially with writing dual POVS. But um… yeah! This next chapter is full of drama and exciting stuff! Now I'll get back to it so I can write the rest and then proofread it and then hand it over to you guys. I'll see you guys when I see you guys, happy reading!

i’m like two days late but happy 2 years to hoax lies!!! i actually just checked the wc overall for everything i’ve wrote and it’s 217,210 words! whether this is a silly fic and something i’ve been putting my time into, it is my baby through and through. being able to write and express myself through these characters means everything to me. a huge outlet that i’ve started to share without anything in return but just my need to get words out one way or another. i won’t get too much into details about what writing has done for me, but i am working on chapter 43 and brainstorming as usual! (ps. my health is completely fine, i think it was just a scare.) but thank you guys so much for being patient and understanding with me. until then, ill see you when i get the next chapter out…

unfortunately, ive had more problems with my health come up. (shocker) but i will be writing until further notice, because i don’t think there’s really anything that could ever take writing for me, as it is mine. and only mine. it’s the thing that saved me at one point. (which i am internally grateful for.) if anything more serious comes up i’ll update here. for now, please just be patient with me getting the next chapter of hoax lies out. (i’ve been writing the chapters wayyyy longer so with that, it takes me more time.) even if im not doing it on purpose.

i believe i’m writing again. (I THINK. HAHAHA.) before i posted the other umm status thing? i was hardly writing before, (on and off through january.) but now after that break or whatever, i feel motivated to write and do so. (since usually i do spend my time writing and stuff.) so i am currently writing and keeping focus. i will be seeing you all in february and so on with frequent updates. thank you queens (and kings) for being patient with me. <3 my current wc is 6.9k, and it’ll only go up from here. 

i haven’t been able to write recently… (whoops) i’ve been sick on and off through december to now. (which i was writing all throughout december.) i know what i want to write, but i can’t write. with me being sick on and off and everything going on in america, it’s physically hard for me to write as of now. i don’t know when ill be able to, but im putting myself first above everything. the last thing i would force myself to do is write and publish something that’s half assed. so with that being said, i’m currently not writing. (even though i have about 5.9k wc on chapter 41 and ideas on what it’ll even be about—especially the next chapter.) i’m going to take this time to take a break and possibly just plan out future chapters. which will help me understand a lot. to anyone who’s still reading this, thank you and i appreciate you. i’ll update once i start writing again. and if you have not educated yourself whatsoever on what’s going on in america, please do so and stay safe.

writers curse apparently has bitten me in the ass. I won’t say much but… I’m having another surgery on May 1st, and my birthday lands on the 7th. And I’m trying my best to get something out before then but if I can’t for a little then everyone here will know my sudden absence. (I’m 75%…? done with the next chapter of Hoax Lies.) I’ll just see what I can do but yeah…
