HEY YOUTUBE! "poughkeepsie"

It actually bothers me that I can't seem to find any stories about the main character in same-sex relationships outside of fan-fiction and "boy-x-boy/girl-x-girl" that centralize the relationship as the story (usually with being interested in the same sex as the main conflict). Why I can't I find a story with an actual problem where the main character just HAPPENS to be gay?
          Like, "Once upon a time a village had to slay a fucking dragon because it was terrorizing the livestock. Some Chosen One needed to get all the right items to fulfill some prophecy. Tina was assigned one of three items to find because she was the assistant of the town's apothecary and he already had to find something else. So she had to go on a quest to make a special elixir from unicorn spit, water rung out of moss growing in the wellspring, and the urine of a three-toed goblin. She was scared and confused about being chosen for the task, but her girlfriend Joanna tagged along and was hella supportive throughout the entire ordeal."
          Seriously, we're just as legitimate as the rest of you. 

I haven't been on in awhile... But seeing how many views (2K!) are on my collection "Pro-Nervosa" now, I just want to cry. This had always been my dream. To share something that speaks to so many people. I'm truly blessed that you all have praised my work. Thank you.
