@bloodsword Oh by the way I have the perfect fight song for Max that I listened too while I read the fight scenes, not sure if you have heard it or not but It sure fits. "Kick out the epic Mother Fucker" by Dada Life once you hear it you will see! Also I Have a story I have been working on I sure would like some help on it. it's on my office computer not sure if I should upload it on here or send it to you. let me know what you think.

@PatrickJackson027 Ah, thanks, man.  I've seen the evolution in my writing style even in the last six months or so.  It's nice to be writing where a broad variety of people can feedback and fairly quickly so I can see where I need to improve right away.
          
          Glad you liked it.  And you're not the only one that mentioned that about the interactions with the women.  I'll be fixing that once I run my final edit before publishing it.
          
          I didn't forget.  I just figured that having guys jump out with backpacks and making themselves into targets wasn't worth the risk.  Not to mention, Tack and the Aussie flyers showed up only a few minutes later without a single transport lost.  And while having the soldiers then descend via backpack would be cool, a la Starship Troopers, again you run the risk of the highly effective Nehvest troops turning them into sieves once they caught sight of them.  Better to snap port them directly onto the ground where they could provide less of a target and be immediately effective.
          
          Appreciate the comments and the feedbacks and hopefully I'll have more Darklight for you to check out shortly.

@bloodsword I have now read Both Risen and Risen: Dark light, both were amazing I am waiting patiently now for the update on Dark Light, you have come along way with your story telling, not that you were ever bad at it, I can just see the difference time and experience has made. And because I know you I hear your voice in some of the thought sequences as it was you actually speaking, there have been numerous times that I was laughing out loud at some of the comments, Dude seriously funny shit. I like that you made it hard for the Risen and Humans to fight the Velkin, that being said it pissed me off every time they came out with something new, lol I was right there immersed in the story and Bam new weapons I was WTF? stupid Velkin!!! My only gripes are how the girls act sometimes toward your main character Max with the "babe" and "baby" it really draws you away from becoming personal with that (female) character. Also I'm not sure if you forgot on purpose but I thought the battle suits had jet packs, would that not have made more sense to use the jet pack ability to destroy the Velkin ships at Boston, instead of Jumping them in? and I'm stilling waiting to see what you have in store for that Blue Liquid that Legion gave to Max. So on a scale out of 100 it's a Solid 98 I took off 2 points for some of the Character interactions that took away from the story (silly girls). Keep up the awesome work, I'm going to check out your other story while I wait for updates.
