An award-winning mystery novelist, Patrick Linder was born in Wichita, KS and moved to the Seattle area in 1997. He's a storyteller, a lover of words, and a believer in the power of narrative to both entertain and open emotions. 

Awarded a Mellon Fellowship for Humanistic Study, he earned his doctorate in American Literature from the University of Washington in 2005.
