Paul Atreides is an author, playwright, and columnist. His short stories have been published in various anthologies. His first two-act dramedy Phallusies premiered in Las Vegas, Nevada to good reviews, received Las Vegas City Life’s “Pick of the Week,” and played to sold-out houses in Nashville. He's written numerous articles for a variety of periodicals, has been a guest columnist and is currently a theater critic for the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
His debut novel, (Marvin’s) World of Deadheads, advanced to the semi-finals of the Amazon Breakout Novel Award. He is currently working on a World of Deadheads sequel, editing "Voices from the Dead," a collection of short stories, and working on a new drama for the stage, "Sins of the Fathers."
After receiving an invitation from the 9-11 Museum in NYC, filming will commence this summer on his newest 10-minute play, "Fusion," for the museum's website.
