@PaulineMinor You should check out Ellen Brock on YouTube. She is a professional editor who gives advice to new writers. She has a video called "how to plot your novel fast" where she shows you step by step how to take the most basic story idea and turn it into a full plot. She has a simple yet detailed way of explaining things that I found invaluably helpful. Just a thought. And many thanks for the votes on Shepherds And Beasts!
