This is a quick I came up with about Bakugou Katsuki from bnha's quirk. I did this in a comment section, and apologize to anyone in that comment thread....
Technically his sweat is dilluted nitroglycerin, so if he was a happy person and clapped his hands, it would set off an explosion. My thoughts are perhaps instead of nitroglycerin, it could be a substance very similar, but that has a special trigger that lies in his hands
Cause if it was just dilluted nitroglycerin, why can't he stomp to fly, and why does he only use his hands to create explosions? Nitroglycerin is highly volatile, therefore any time he got thrown around, and/or hit (whether it's friendly or not) it would create an explosion from the contact area
The other theory is that only his hands sweat, which is why he doesn't look soaked in sweat throughout the day. He would need to sweat copious amounts of sweat to set off the size of explosions that he does
The other thing that supports this theory is the fact that he doesn't clap or create contact Everytime he sets off an explosion. A lot of the time he just twitches his hands. Which may not even be needed to activate his quirk, it could be an anxious tick or a way to prepare/strech his muscles for the upcoming explosion.
