I only have like 13 followers hehe, but do any of you know how to properly promote a story?

There are a million ways to promote wrongly. And the right ways barely work.
It is a flooded field. I do what I can. Three years of posting regularly 1-2x per week, and I have maybe 1k followers and 60 regular readers. But I really appreciate them.

@AbbyBabble because I've seen it done wrongly like commenting on a popular story and saying "please checkout my book: blank"
