I’ve been reading since story since I was in high school and I’m 29 now. You are quite literally the only reason I visit this site at all. When I heard that wattpad is banning smut I had a crisis because I was convinced we would never hear from you again because idk you’d be scared of doing anything besides holding hands! If wattpad does do something that makes you leave will you be moving someone where else? -someone who would like to not waste almost 14 years of her life.

Life things have hit me hard this year and really really hard the past month or so.
Especially in down times I like to read and watch things that are a guaranteed laugh. Clarisse is always makes good on that and I’m looking forward to revisiting her story when things are more okay ❤️

Take your time writing. Some things in life are more important by far. And also this is a solid masterpiece and Rome wasn’t built in a day ❤️

Pearlie, I’ve been a fan since the start of I’m the geek who slapped the football player, it’s the only reason I still have Wattpad. Are you still going to finish the book or is it going to be incomplete??
@AnSuJo and waiting ten years is just as annoying? I’m sorry to break it to you but the on and off updates is infact annoying as hell. The lack of communication is also crazy bc she has a fanbase that have been waiting for over a decade. Either communicate or drop the story.
@Fictionmansbae hey hey now someone of us have been wanting to finish this for ten years. Think of every story you read that just discontinued on an unfinished story. I’m so glad we get updates still.

Below comment from her asking about the audiobooks she said life was getting in the way. Usually things like that end up spiraling. Especially as you start heading into the holidays. I also assume Pearlie lives somewhere in the US and it’s been a… WILD year so. Literally could have been affected by government shutdown, normal life things, upcoming holidays, work, etc.
Obvi I can’t speak for pearlie but I’m not expecting an update until 2026 at the earliest.
