Hello, all! I have a new Harry Potter fanfic out, Protecteur, which takes place during the marauders' era. It is about the friendship between my OC and Sirius and Regulus Black (and her eventual romance with one of them). If you enjoyed Black Rose, you will like this one as well. It has similar themes and plenty of Gryffindor/Slytherin action.

So I wanted to let you know if I could give you some fanart that I made of her, showing that this is how I envision her looks, from when I read the first book in chapter 14. Hey, everyone! This entry is for fans of my Lion's Mouth series.
          
          I am sorry that I have not updated for well over a year. I have gone through some big life changes over the past year and a half that have taken priority. Last year I packed up everything and moved halfway across the country. Then I had to focus on settling into my new place and taking care of my job situation. Needless to say, I had little time to write. And when I finally found time, I lacked motivation.
          
          Instead of waiting around for inspiration, I have taken steps to get those creative juices flowing. Some of you may have been annoyed that I have updated/started new stories instead of working on Lion's Mouth. Rest assured, this has actually been in your favor. By working on stories I am currently motivated to write, it has helped get me into the writing habit and spurred my creativity. Now that my interest in other stories has waned, this is a good time to get back into Lion's Mouth.
          
          I just finished watching Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions, and it has sparked the motivation I thought it would (which is why I did not watch it until I knew I would be ready to write). I loved it and thought the plot and themes went well with the original series. I found it to be a much fitter ending than the last episode, for, as Yugi, it was pretty sudden.
          
          Anyway, I am now working on the next chapter of Lion's Mouth. Hopefully, it will be up soon. This particular story takes a lot more work to write than my others, so I can't make any promises as to the frequency of my updates. Please bear with me, and thank you for your patience!

"Black Rose" was honestly the best Draco story ever. I absolutely loved it! It had me in my seat at all times! Do you plan on making a sequel?
