Is your cancer book based on a true story???  I only write vampire stories, but I put human spins on them like my one story, CHRISTIAN VAMPIRES!... which is up for a Watty award right now.  But I also thought wouldnt it be neat to have a vampire with cancer????!!!!!!
              Anyway, just curious!!
