Happy diwaliiii. I basically don't celebrate any religious festivals because I'm an atheist. But the culture is all I have so I dress up a little for the function. 
            
            If we have to put it rationally, mythology is mythology. Diwali is celebrated because Rama, a deity and incarnation of Lord Vishnu in Hindu Mythology, came back home after 14 years of being exiled. But instead of celebrating his return, these dumbwits burst crackers that are hazardous to the environment and the animals.
