There are so many questions related to Master Frown as an ex-Doom Lord that I didn’t think I could fully explore in just one story or season.
Like, how difficult will it be for him to unlearn any propaganda the Doom Lords instilled in him and see things through a new lens? Does he still struggle with it, though he’s trying to move on and just be regular old Master Frown? Does he eventually start to warm up to Unikitty, and the other citizens of both the Unikingdom and Frowntown? If so, does that take time?
What does he think of his former colleagues now? If any other Doom Lords decided to quit, what would he say or do? Does he think that he, and any other defectors, will be accepted? After all, he WAS part of an organization that, in his words, “are responsible for all the mayhem, pair, and despair in the whole world.” And his whole thing is doing not-nice stuff. Does he feel guilt over any of his actions? Does he try to redeem himself?
Does he worry that Unikitty and the Unigang aren’t as accepting of him as they say they are? Does he even worry that Brock isn’t as supportive as he claims to be? Does he think he can be a good friend to Imogen? Are the citizens of the Unikingdom and Frowntown still wary of him? And what about the citizens of the other lands? The Doom Lords are bent on taking over the entire world. So, will the people from the other lands see Master Frown differently when they find out he’s a former Doom Lord?
How does Master Frown feel about his Doom Lord title? Does he have a kind of, “It’s MY name and I’m keeping it!” attitude Might other characters suggest he change it to something else to avoid association with the Doom Lords?
