I just had the worst dream ever. I'm a swimmer, so it's logical that my fear is death by water. And no, I did not dream of drowning. I dreamed of a tsunami hitting my state, while I live a few miles away from the coast. Thankfully my fake dream family was smart enough to listen to me  and we all survived. Thank God I'm smart enough to survive a tsunami or i think I would have woke up crying.

So I just finished watching all 8 seasons of Voltron.
          
          Let me say that I cried through the whole last half of the last episode and I mean, I had to take a break to go outside to get some fresh air. 
          i feel like something inside me died, but I'll be fine

Do any of you guys know  how to not have a certain dream again?  I keep waking up after a new 'episode' of a really scary dream and  It keeps getting worse.
