@Mey_r28 yeah my friend sometimes helps me by telling me what to do like lay down breathe in breathe out in through ur nose out through ur mouth think about things that make u happy and push away bad thoughts u know stuff like that and i always fall asleep
            
            but lately we cant do that cause my parents take my phone every night be4 i sleep and i can only get it back if theyre not in the room but these days theyre always in the room for some annoying reason so im tired
