Hello, I'm a 32 year old woman who is going through a personal health journey. I've got a lot of changes to make for my personal health which I'm willing to share. The point of my WattPad is to record my personal journey in journals for feelings, personal struggles, meal ideas, etc. It's a little hodgepodge of things I want to document along my journey. I know this is a public platform and I'm fine sharing this anonymously. 

Personal Health Struggles:
- Obesity = CW: 260 LBS / 118 kgs.
- High Cholesterol
- Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
- Chronic Depression
- Lack of Motivation and energy
- Sleep Apnea, Asthma, Sleep Paralysis, Insomnia

Plans:
- Realistic Goals = GW: 130 LBS / 59 kgs
- Diet = Mediterranean
- Exercise (Limited to start)
- Research (Diet / Exercise / Nutrition)
- Journaling (How I'm feeling, issues)
- Mental Health Help (Actively working on)
- Sleep Study (After some weight loss)
- Check bloodwork every 6 months
