and i scoffed and looked away.
"leave me the fuck alone.

i used to be so sad and lost but now i see my life unfurling before me; it feels like i could run across miles of billowing velvet.
it comes and goes
it's okay that i'm still making mistakes. all that matters right now is that i am taking them with stride.
go it alone sometimes.
when you hit rock bottom there's no place to go but up. summer will come again and i will be better. no one else matters. it's just me.

i bow my head. my attention i have devoted entirely unto myself. only tenderness when i gaze into a mirror. peace and wisdom walk beside me.
