Peter Holland a life long San Antonian, his love of beauty of the land and history of South Texas are an endless wellspring for his craft.   He shares his love of place and of words at several local open mike events in and around the town he so loves.  A product Northside Independent School District, St Gregory, St Anthony and Antonian Catholic schools he received a BA in History from UTSA.   His words have appeared in the Express and News Sunday poetry section, in local anthologies San Antonio Poetry Fair’s Voices Along the River and Awaken the Sleeping Poet Foundation’s Dreamcatcher, in Dos Gatos Press’ Haiku anthology Lifting the Sky, and a collection of his works by Pecan Grove Press A Year in South Texas.   He has been a member of San Antonio Poetry Association, he is a member The Science Fiction Poetry Association, The Poetry Society of Texas and Alamo Area Poets of Texas.
