Origin:Human-Sentinel hybrid: This fusion resulted in the birth of Maurice Task, a being that was part human, part machine, and held the memories of both the Master Mold and Nimrod.
Amnesia:Emerging from the portal, Maurice Task had memories of his past as a machine but possessed an inherent hatred of mutants that would eventually resurface, leading him to lead the anti-mutant initiative Operation: to destroy the mutants.
The child Maurice: The infected son of task child, Maurice Task, was born with the ability to hear machines, but his human mother Ms.Olivia Task prevented Xavier from taking him in, as confirmed by showrunner Beau DeMayo.
Master Mold & Nimrod Fusion: The highly intelligent and powerful Sentinel, Master Mold, merged with Nimrod, a futuristic and powerful Sentinel prototype.
Anti-Mutant Influence:the second son of Ms.Olivia Task and Bolivar Trask Maurice Trask, was exposed to anti-mutant sentiment, leading to the reawakening of his innate Sentinel programming and hatred for mutants.
Former S.H.I.E.L.D. Member: Maurice Task Father Bolivar Trask was a former member of S.H.I.E.L.D. but left the organization because he felt they were not taking sufficient action against the rising mutant population.
Fear of Mutants: his father Bolivar Trask believed that mutants were a biological threat to humankind and would eventually rule over or eliminate humans, a destiny he wanted to prevent.
Creation of the first Sentinel hybrid: To combat this perceived threat, his father Bolivar Trask developed the first Human and Sentinel hybrid program, which involved building sophisticated half-man and half-machine to fight and eliminate, and protect mutants.
Testing on Wolverine: Bolivar Trask's initial tests of the first Sentinel hybrid his second son Maurice Trask were performed on a kidnapped Wolverine.
