@AshaWheeler Wattpad is so strange. I just got the notifications the other day. 

@AshaWheeler If wattpad would give us back the 'recently updated' section of the page you'd have gotten those votes as you wrote the chapters.. ;) I've gone to checking here about once a month instead of daily because of that specific lack..

I froze my ass off about 13 miles from the north pacific russian coast.  It was a small ship so it went steal hull, fuel bunkers, my berthing, and piss poor heat.  Hopped out of my bunk one morning and almost didn't get my feet back from the deck.  After that I put on my shower flip flops before getting out of bed.  I borrowed a number of blankets from medical and locked the extras in my bunk during the day.  For the rest of it we had coats, gloves, and watch caps on.  I swear bearthing was about 33F and the rest of the ship wasn't much better.  Even better we had to request permission from Russia to move inside their national waters to avoid a storm.  All I really remember was freezing my nuts off.  Not sure how I ended up with children unless my ex wandered which I just can't see.

Interesting, haven't had that problem myself.  Then again it's either the web or my phone.  I have come across where I vote but it isn't showing but when I vote again it removes the vote.  The next attempt it'll show the vote and note it.

@maxd01 I've read it a couple times actually, but wattpad doesnae seem to keep track of votes from various machines.. The votes I had put in on my computer weren't registering as I re-read  the story on my tablet..
