Welcome, Alice Salvo! As a silent reader, I didn't expect to have an interaction with my new favorite author. I really like your story because I have had similar experiences to Gale's. I'm also a poet and a bookworm, and the title caught my attention. The smooth flow and slow burn of the story, the part of the plot where I also dreamed of working in a bookshop, the intriguing dedication part, the poems in each chapter, and especially how you play with, organize, and craft the words used in the story—everything captivated me.
I aspire to be an author like you because I want to be able to express thoughts, feelings, and more into words, which I've managed to do to some extent. Most importantly, the "dilaw na kwaderno" part motivated me to write poems for my crush, and I was able to give them to him.
I hope to publish my own poems on Wattpad in the near future too .
