I'm going to be releasing a new book, so keep your eyes peeled for that if any of you really enjoy my writing! Fair warning, it's looking like it's gonna be pretty emotional.

((( Yes. We need more heroes from anywhere but America or the U.K. )))

"Hello," the man greeted politely, attempting to give a more friendly look than anything else.

Nabu glanced around with a growing set of uneasiness, "You are drawing a lot of unwanted attention, dear," his eyes glided back to her's, "I apologize, but we need to take this somewhere else," he smiled gently and gestured to his still open gateway. The Egyptian man offered a hand to her, "I know you have some enemies in the work you do, as do I, and I can sense that with two forces this advanced? They are more than intrigued enough to come investigate," he was sure to be slow and careful about extending his arm and hand out to her. The God also took into mind that she would not be all too trusting of entering a gateway that is not her own.

The Arab squinted her eyes, confusion spilling, before stepping closer. “Kamar-Taj and Kharga are places of learning, not people. I studied at Kharga, you learned somewhere else I assume? A sanctuary in Africa? Asia? I would have assumed Kharga, but apparently not.” The disregard for others surrounding them in her curiosity was almost blindingly idiotic, her blatant mention of the places of magic not once crossing her mind as something dangerous.

Guard still up, the Arab moved closer, albeit slowly, prepared to open a gateway for herself and fall into whatever safe place that first came to her mind.

His body flinched slightly as she unexpectedly spoke to him. The man turned around to look at her with a raised eyebrow, he had no idea who those people were, "Pardon? I have no idea who those people are, if you have an issue with them I advise you not to take it out on me," his gate was still open, as he debated just ending the conversation before she could potentially become dangerous. Nabu only had the hosts in his past to teach what he could about magic and the world around them, but the Egyptian himself was classified as a God, not a major one throughout Egyptian history but he did play roles in it. He only learned from reading and watching other Gods.
