I'm a learning writer - one who has lots to say and is trying to decipher the mechanics of writing effectively.

My days are constrained by family, work and writing, pretty much in that order, leaving me not as much time as I would like to read and comment, but I do when and as I can.

I appreciate and value detailed criticism of my writing.  Specifics are most helpful and anything less than honest opinion is of no value since I can't improve if I don't know where I'm failing.  I treat my comments / reviews the same.  I don't mean to be hurtful, and try hard not to, but I do say what I think.

I have a thick skin and an objective outlook.  It takes a lot to hurt my feelings or insult me, so if you do read what I post, please be honest.  If you like it, feel free to say so because I like that, too.  If you find fault, please tell me how and where, with detail.
