6th August 1946 - The Enola Gay drops the atomic bomb "little boy" on Hiroshima.
          
          Tomorrow Chapter 33 as Kitty continues her journey 

4th August 1944, the secret Annex of the Frank family is discovered and Anne Frank is arrest alongside her family.

1st August 1944 - the Warsaw Uprising begins as the Polish Home Army fights to free the capital.

Chapter 32  - 9th February 1942 Washington D.C., Hotel Harrington. 
          
          Kitty leaves Massachusetts.

30th July 1945
          
          USS Indianapolis sinks after being torpedoed by Japanese Submarine I-58. 883 would be killed, most over the next four days in shark infestation waters.
