@PhoenixGirl7588 Thanks! One of my biggest pet peeves in a lot of romantasy type stories is how the girl quickly falls for the guy. Ironically, in the orc series I made her one of my more "thirsty" type characters than others in some of my stories like how she was noticing his muscles and freaking out over their wedding night in the first and second parts. And yes, I even if it was sorta a love at first sight trope/ arranged marriage kinda thing I didn't want them to quickly seem as if they had a strong relationship, but more of a strong bond instead and focus on the reality of how awkward a quick marriage would be instead of romanticizing it too much. Love takes work as well as connection. Plus in order for a girlboss to girlboss she must learn to boss!
