@Pikachu161211 HMMM mkay let me think. I love everything of @the_sunniest_angels ‘s stuff, the books aren’t like 16 hour things focusing on romance but they’re very action packed with a slow burn aspect(at least the ones I’ve read so far— Wings, To The Sun, To The Stars, To The Sky, On Board, Seek [Superhero AU](both endings), Ex-Nemesis, and I read one of their actual published books too.
For other slow burns, I can’t think of many off the top of my head atm. There’s one called ‘psychopath’ and its sequel ‘delusional’, one of my favorite solangelo fics, but it’s not necessarily slow burn, it’s moreso romance + ANGST ANGST ANGST lmao
I’d also look in my ‘favorites’ list, I forget everything that’s in there but it’s a very very high rating when stuff manages that. I don’t think that there’s much slow burn though, even though it’s one of my favorite genres.
Hmmm I could also say look in my reading list of ‘already finished’ and ‘solangelo cause im obsessed’. The second one is stuff that I haven’t read yet so I can’t guarantee quality but yk. Most of the stuff in my finished list is stuff that’s tolerable but I can’t say that for everything. Usually, if the writing style is just jaw grating, I don’t continue reading LMBO
