@nuwandasversion So usually the H.U. mainly tries to teach the kids they don't raise themselves loyalty and try to align them with the others which makes training harder for them at times. It's also important which master teaches the Seraphim, how they handle the group or the slight rivalry within the Seraphims and how they are at missions. (Hope this helps)

@nuwandasversion So their task is essentially killing/defeating The Damned since the H.U. sees them as a threat but because their connected to their 'other half' it's a very difficult task. 
            For the Backstory:
            Since the mindplayer was born with its powers and therefore didn't grow up during at least its early childhood (so the H.U. likely didn't discover them until they were at least 5) you can be more creative. The latest age the H.U. found them is logically around thirteen to fifteen years old. This depends on how you want to create their past. The main question here is of course:
            - how did they handle their powers in their past?
            - When was it discovered, did their family react badly, did they have a family at all, did their family try to hide them or did they tride to hide their powers from their family?
            - Do they miss their previous life?
            - How did they H.U. eventually find them?
