So, its been like a week since getting the boxset and I forgot to say my thoughts on the Absolution remaster.
          
          IT'S FREAKING AMAZING.
          
          Time Is Running Out is soooo much clearer (it used to be so muddled). All the backing vocals are amazing. FURY HAS ITS RIGHTFUL PLACE AFTER 20 YEARS. 
          
          AND THE DEMOS/EXTRAS:
          
          The Falling Away With You demo is so goddamn beautiful *cries*. That's probably the most human and raw I've ever heard Matt sing. The Hysteria demo is so cool too; I agree that it sounds almost video-gamey. All the live tracks are wonderful (I think my favourite is TIRO) and the isolated piano+vocals are so cool, especially as someone that dabbles in playing piano. The string section in Butterflies & Hurricanes is *chefs kiss*.
          And last, but never least, the piano+vocals only version of Ruled By Secrecy... That was just ethereal. I'm in love.
          
          Well, that was my TedTalk on the XX remaster. What did you guys think of it?

            I really love the Falling away with you demo, so beautiful voice even if no lyrics *__*
            And this version of Ruled by secrecy is a pure ecstasy *_________*
