Pip Gorringe is a 30-year-old single mother and has been writing since she was a child, after a short story won a competition at her primary school. Throughout her time at school, her teachers would always tell her that she was a 'born writer' and she had several short stories and poems published in magazines and school literature. As she got older, she turned her passion into a career as she became interested in marketing and writing content and blogs that engaged customers. During the lockdown in 2020, Pip found herself with more time on her hands and decided to write for herself, publishing chapters of her latest novel on her Facebook page. When it became clear that the story was a hit, she decided to finish it and start looking for a publisher.
