Hmm... maybe it's chapter length? Honestly, I didn't get serious on Wattpad until this year so I don't exactly have a wealth of knowledge.

**Announcement about the future of Early Engagement**
Before anyone asks, no I'm not quitting the story. But the most recent chapter 'What Does The Future Hold?' caused me to do some serious self-reflection (I almost broke down as bad as Homelander)
One of the running storylines keeps teasing the idea that Fuyumi will be Izuku's second wife. I kept that going because I someday hope to write my own Izuku x Fuyumi story. @IEatTheZombies pointed out that I went about it the wrong way and had strayed from what I wanted to do from the start. I started 'Early Engagement' for the sole purpose of a good IzuMomo story, because it's hard to come by that without finding a harem or poly fic. I've read plenty of those, and subconsciously let myself fall in line. But I don't want that for this. I want this to be a book (with a possible sequel) of pure, untouched IzuMomo. Which is why I'm grateful to @IEatTheZombies for opening my eyes.
IzuMomo will be the center ship, a little TodoJiro on the side but that's it. Anything can and (probably) will come to pass, but in their own book. If you expected Fuyumi to get with Izuku too, sorry to disappoint. In my defense, I'm 17, my mind is an unstable mess of hormones. Frankly, it's a miracle I'm a somewhat decent author. But thank you for putting up with my bullshit, and I promise to do my best. But don't be afraid to call me out on an issue you have.
I get it. That Endeavor arc, I should really follow up on that, and I know how I'm doing it. After 38 chapters, some details slip from my mind.
@Pitch_Black_Knight Nah it's alright. At least you have regular updates and that too with good grammar unlike some stories where everything is literally unreadable. Though I wonder how you're gonna proceed this story as ngl it is kind of feeling a little, idk how to explain it, like im not getting the thrill that I got in the first starting chapters. I'm not saying that the story is in anyway bad, infact it's extremely good due to the unique storyline. Maybe it's just my mind being fucked up due to pre boards, or idk some other problem. But still I would like to suggest that it would be nice if you could speed up the story a little bit because I personally feel like every arc is getting dragged a bit too long, like 2-3 more chapters than necessary. Do remember that it's not just of the recent chapters, I'm talking about the whole story, especially from the middle chapters. At the end, it's your story and your choice how to proceed on it. I would still love to read more stories from you though. P. S: sorry for this long ass message
