Yo why are apps getting darker color schemes. Tumblr is darker blue and now Wattpad is bubblier and darker orange wtf

Happy 2019 everyone, I'm currently in Hawaii for Winter break so I won't be able to post a new chapter in like a week, but stay tune because my train of thought hasn't left me yet.
