          idk about on the app, but on the website, when you're editing a part, there will be three options at the top right of your story. it will say something along the lines of "publish changes", "cancel", and "..."
          
          to add a cast, click on the "..." option, and it will list out a whole bunch of options. the fourth option will be to add a cast to your story c:
