A little advice. See if you can understand what I am saying. When you are writing a dialogue there is no need to mention the name of the person talking. Instead, add a dialogue tag at the beginning or at the end of the sentence. 
          For example instead of 
          Piyali : "I am a writer", she said.
          Just write 
          " I am a writer," Piyali said. 
          
          Doing this would help with the flow of the story. Otherwise, it reads like a drama or a stage play.
