Yes, as long as I am fully credited and there is a link to my story. Preferably on ao3 especially because you can do an inspired by or translation of section. 
            Also any art used has to be fully linked and credited. Please also make it obvious that it is a translation. Probably in the title.
            
            I’ve never had a translation before so I’m not exactly sure what it entails(would you mind telling me?) I’m worried cause I have had people try and repost my stuff on many other sites including tumblr and ones I’ve never heard of without credit. 
            
            But I see how a translation can really help people so they don’t have to use google translate!
            
            I would also love to get a link to it when you post so I can also see the comments being given!
            
            Also curious as to what language you want to do?

Yes I’m okay, I’ve just been caught up in midterms for my university classes and the day I was going to update and post there was a very sudden loss of a beloved pet in our family. 
            
            The next chapter is mostly written and in the editing process and should be out soon.

He or she said they have writers block and been busy with university but plans on updating soon when I got no idea.

For a few of my stories yes, but I plan to update them all soon, I’ve just been very busy with university and general life stuff. As well as posting for a few specific stories!
