i believe even the happiest people feel sad sometimes, and even the peacemakers get angry. 

though im an incredibly happy person, some of my poems and stories are incredibly angry and sad. 

some people allow their feelings to boil and stir. i write them out, letting them exit and leaving room for feelings of peace and happiness to take their place.
