As a classically trained pastry chef, I am dedicated to the art of plate design, yet proud that my flavors are the last thing a customer tastes. Putting smiles on faces with my creations is my obsession."
I'm not only sweet, but savory too. I grew up on meals from the American South & have a fascination for smoked meats & traditional barbeque from around the globe.

I'm devoted to eating clean. I strive to make as much as I can from scratch. Growing my own herbs & produce sustainably is a joy.

I love to teach the next young chefs all the tips & tricks of the kitchen. My ladies are my world, taste testers & best critics.
