I am a teenage girl and a great lover of reading, writing, general literature, sport and art. I have been deeply inspired by the many books I have read and find I have no particular genre that excites me. For me, I enjoy being taken in by any kind of book and will always read till the end, determined to find an answer to the questions posed.
Art is my second passion. I have always been creative and full of ideas and love to put these to use in any way, be it a sketch or a story.
I have always been easily inspired by the simplest of things around me. For instance, the introductory paragraph to 'The Coincidental Falling Of Hope' I thought of one morning when I woke up. I sat up, looked out of my window over the fields and trees before looking to my door and noticing the strange light seeping through it yet not really inhabiting the space above or below it. It was this that made think of what it would be like if that doorway had no wall around it, ceiling above it or floor below it- if it was an image in someone's head, if someone was to fall into the abyss. This was the making of my first book.
I am still only in my early teens and being very busy with sport and school I have little time to write. I hope one day that, out of all the books I have tried unsuccessfully to write, 'The Coincidental Falling Of Hope' will be the one I succeed in.
