I kinda wanna come out of my little hiatus and write something  .. SHOULD I?

I’ve been on a The Millennium Tour rabbit hole for the past two months on Tik Tok and I REALLY wanna write this short summer romance about somebody we all used to love BUT I fear yall cancelled this man badddd LMAO! I don’t want no bs in my comment section AT ALL!!!! And I don’t want that to be my return to the platform …. 

I just wanted to come on here and make an announcement because I know you guys have missed me and I’ve missed you too. I’ve been working tirelessly on some unfinished drafts that I’d like to publish but recently I suffered a death in my family and it was very hurtful and I’m still trying to process it and grieve the best way I can. Please be patient with me and understand I’ll be back but I just need a moment to process and regroup! I love you guys always ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you for always supporting me and I’ll be back! The true test of being an excellent writer is finding your muse outside of what’s comfortable and what’s familiar. Tapping into another lane while still remaining true to your gift and talent but fighting the urge to become PREDICTABLE, or MONOTONOUS.  Steering clear of using the same formula. Learning how to pivot in a sense but still able to push that pen back and forth to what’s familiar but also what’s new. I’m falling in love with writing again and exploring different avenues in my mind that I didn’t even know what was there! 
          
          All my fellow writers and readers take this as a sign to step away from what is comfortable and familiar and try something new. It’s ok to find another muse , it’s ok to have more than one muse! BE FREE and just WRITE! ❤️❤️

I just want to take a moment and time to thank you all for getting my book to 100k. For those of you that have been rocking with your girl since Day numero UNO! This is a huge milestone for me and I’m so forever grateful. This is not the end but the beginning. I’ll be coming back to finish what I obviously started but something more pressing has my attention and I wanna scratch that itch and explore my depth.
