Again Wattpad team can you please assist me with some clarity as to why all of my books are suddenly being flagged for mature content?

Is Wattpad broken or something? Cause what's the deal with my stories being flagged as "mature content"?

Are there anyone else who is getting issues commenting on the books it keeps telling to verify my email when I click on same and try clicking on activate account nothing is happening?
