I read this story a long time ago, but it's still stuck in my mind. The story revolves around Jimin's mom moving in with Jungkook's dad because they planned to get married. Jungkook is depicted as a playboy, while Jimin is portrayed as a virgin; if I recall correctly, Jimin even wore a purity ring. Jungkook is also described as a surfer. Despite their differences, they end up falling in love. However, the details of what exactly happened elude me. Eventually, they meet again, and Jungkook stays at Jimin's apartment for a while before leaving once more. There's a memorable scene where Jungkook gets stranded in the middle of the ocean with his surfboard.   Finally, Jimin and Jungkook meet again at Jimin's book launching ceremony. Lol found this in Ao3! There  are some things that could be considered offensive in the Korean culture. So i just wanted to highlight them here:
          
          1) Using Eomma or Appa in stories. It was brought to my knowledge that using the words Eomma and Appa, when direct English translations (mom and dad) exist, was not the correct thing to do in a story written completely in English for Korean characters. It was considered to be offensive. Some culture are open to Romanisation of words, but apparently the Korean culture is not, and I respect that.
          Using words such as Hyung, Yeobo, etc are okay to use because there is not an exact English translation of these words. These words have other undertones to them, and therefore can be romanised and used in stories without an issue.
          
          2) Also advised to not use "[name]-ie" when addressing someone. E.g. If Jimin is talking to Jungkook, it's incorrect of him to say "Kookie" or "Jungkookie". It's okay for him to use this if he is talking about JK to someone else. But not TO jungkook.
