My dad's trying to tell me that I don't have anxiety and that I just convince myself that I do. I told him that I don't WANT to be scared to talk to people in public, and he said that two years ago I wasn't scared of talking to people in public and I said things change and he says, and I quote, "ok, if you say so" in the most sarcastic tone.

Just got done performing with the band and I had the best conductor, she had us channel our emotions and I all around loved her! She had a student that she loved and cherished die in a car accident the other day and she missed their funeral to practice with us because she knew that he would've wanted her to continue on playing and conducting. This child was her student and she love him very much, almost like a son! I just want to thank her for making my week better and she inspired me to play better. I love her beyond words and hope that we helped her heal during these dark times!
